The Grievance Officer receives complaints from anyone, whether or not they use SailR, about content on SailR or about personal data, and receives any order or notice from a court or government authority. We acknowledge every complaint within 24 hours and resolve it within 15 days.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome you may appeal to the Grievance Appellate Committee at gac.gov.in within 30 days, and, on personal data, complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
