At SailR, we strive to provide the best possible maritime education experience. We understand that sometimes things don't work out as expected. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which we issue refunds and the process for requesting one.

Refund Eligibility

No Money-Back Guarantee

We do not offer a money-back guarantee. All purchases are final. Please consider your purchase carefully before subscribing.

Exceptions

Refunds are only considered in cases of proven technical errors (e.g., duplicate charges or platform unavailability verified by our engineering team).

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Generally, refunds are not granted in the following situations:

  • Monthly Subscriptions: We do not offer refunds for monthly subscription payments once processed, but you can cancel future billing at any time.
  • Partial Months: No partial refunds are issued for unused days in a billing cycle after cancellation.
  • Change of Mind: Refunds are not issued for "change of mind."
  • Violation of Terms: Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Account Settings. Upon cancellation:

  • Your access to premium features will continue until the end of your current billing period.
  • You will not be charged again for the subsequent renewal cycle.
  • Your account will downgrade to the free tier automatically after the period ends.

How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, please follow these steps:

  1. Use the email address associated with your SailR account.
  2. Send an email to support@sailr.in with the subject line "Refund Request".
  3. Include your transaction ID (found in your email receipt) and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.

Processing Time

Our billing team reviews refund requests within 3 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed immediately, but it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
