By accessing and using SailR (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced herein. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
Service Description
SailR is an AI-powered maritime education platform that provides:
- SailR AI Agents: Three specialized modes — General (knowledge), Oral (exam simulation), and Written (exam prep).
- Oral Exam Practice: Real-time text-based simulations mimicking oral board assessments.
- Question Bank: Comprehensive database of maritime examination questions.
- Voyage Fuel System: A usage-based mechanism ensuring fair platform access.
User Accounts and Responsibilities
Account Creation
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- One account per person is permitted
Acceptable Use
Use the Service for legitimate maritime education purposes
Share feedback and contribute to platform improvement
Do not share your account credentials
Do not attempt to reverse engineer or hack the platform
Do not use the Service for any illegal or unethical activities
Subscription Plans and Billing
Voyage Fuel System
Our platform uses a "fuel" unit to manage AI resource usage:
- Fuel Limits: Users are assigned daily fuel limits based on their subscription tier (e.g., Standard, High, or Maximum Capacity).
- Consumption: Fuel is consumed based on the complexity of AI interactions (e.g., Oral exams consume more than General chat).
- Daily Refill: Your fuel tank automatically resets every day at 00:00 IST (Indian Standard Time).Unused fuel does not roll over.
Billing and Payments
- Subscriptions: Recurring payments billed monthly or annually via Razorpay.
- One-Time Passes: Non-recurring 30-day access passes that expire automatically.
- Cancellation: Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime; access continues until the billing cycle ends.
- Refunds: All purchases are final. Please refer to our Refund Policy for exceptions regarding technical errors.

SailR and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SailR and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
User Content
You retain ownership of any content you create or submit to the platform. By using our Service, you grant us a license to use your content solely for providing and improving our services.

Service Availability
